Hi guys, So I decided to do a list of my favorite TV series of the millennium. I had a long list to choose from but here's my best of the best: 1. Game of Thrones - A timeless production which will go down in history as one of the best novel adaptations ever. Created by George R.R Martin and with an ensemble cast of over 200 actors and actresses including Peter Dinklage , Kit Harrington , Lena Headey and Emilia Clarke . Set in medieval times, it follows the stories of different families who are fighting for a seat on the Iron throne. Anyone who sits on it rules the seven kingdoms, which is literally the world. Game of Thrones requires a lot of commitment and is so unpredictable that you get scared that they're going to kill off a character soon enough but in the end is totally worth it. I'll rate it 9 out of 10. 2. Avatar: The last air-bender - I never would have thought that I'd be so engrossed with an animated TV series as I was with Avatar . It'...

Hi everyone, So it's three days until Fast 8 premieres around the world. I hope y'all are as excited as i am to see it. F. Gary Gray  never disappoints when it comes to action and i can't wait to see what he has in store for us.  From a shocking betrayal to flying cars to a wrecking bomb, this promises to be a blockbuster. Hello Everyone. I'm back. I've been busy with work and exams. I promise to post as often as possible from now on. So I decided to write something on movies to look out for in 2017. Most of them are remakes and sequels though. Here goes: 1. The Fate of the Furious aka Fast 8 - So you know how Dominic Toretto ( Vin Diesel ) emphasizes on the importance of family and how you can't turn your back on them even when they do? Well, Dom turns his back on his family and I can't even think of any reason why he would do that except there's a bomb in each one of his crew's heads. The Fast and Furious series has improved over the years especially with the action scenes and I can't wait to see what Fast 8 has in store for us. 2. Spiderman: Homecoming - Watching Tom Holland's performance in Captain America: Civil War is enough reason to want to watch this movie. After about a 3 year hiatus from the movie industry, Angelina Jolie comes back with Maleficent , an incredible adaptation of the popular Snow White story but this time all focus was on the evil Queen. Have you ever wondered why villains are villains? Ever thought if villains at one point in time had an iota of goodness in them or what happened to them to become monsters? Personally, I do not care. Just let the hero win at the end of the day. Maleficent was a happy and fun-loving fairy whom everybody liked in her kingdom until she was 16 and she fell in love with a boy named Stefan ( Sharlto Copley ). Stefan was an orphan who had little or nothing for himself and was determined to live the good life. The King of the human kingdom, after being injured by Maleficent in a war decided to enthrone whoever kills her. Stefan took on the task but was unable to kill Maleficent, instead he cut off her wings. Devastated by the betrayal, Maleficent goes dark and is filled with hatred. She tur...

A romantic comedy drama about a guy, Tim ( Domhnall Gleeson ) who finds out from his father on his 21st birthday that he can travel back in time. He tries to improve his future by changing his past with this ability. He gets married and starts a family. Later on, he loses an important person in his life which makes him realize that time travel can't solve every problem. He should learn to make mistakes and live each day as it comes because that's what life is all about.  Rachel McAdams plays Mary, Tim's love interest. She plays the role well and differently despite the fact that she's played a time traveler's wife before (Check out The Time Traveler's wife ). There was so much chemistry between Tim and Mary, it was like they had known each other their whole lives. Bill Nighy plays Tim's father. Blended is about a father of 3 girls, Jim Friedman ( Adam Sandler ), who recently lost his wife, and a mother of 2 boys, Lauren Reynolds ( Drew Barrymore ), who’s recently divorced. They go on a blind date that turns out terrible and somehow they end up in South Africa for a 1-week trip, both families. They even share the same suite. Basically, the movie is about both families trying to blend together while on the trip.  It reminds me of  Just go with it   starring Adam Sandler and Jennifer Aniston . It’s the same plot because they go on a trip and end up falling in love. Bella Thorne , the gi rl from Disney’s Shake it up plays the oldest daughter of Jim Friedman, she’s really grown from the little girl she used to be. Terry Crews plays the African performer Nickens.
